Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has revealed what it’s like having fan favourite Ezgjan Alioski as a teammate. There’s one word we’d use to describe the 27-year-old and it’s ‘strange.’ Alioski, for all his redeemable characteristics, is a loose cannon. He’s the unpredictable child at school who your parents always told you to keep an eye out for. He’s a rogue, but a loveable one at that.A recent clip of him repeatedly declaring “Peppa Pig†into the camera whilst teammates and staff blissfully cruised past like it was normal encapsulates Alisoki’s existence.
That’ll be the last time they feed him blue Smarties.
Answering fan queries on the club’s official YouTube channel, Harrison was pitched the question ‘what is it like to have Alioski as a teammate?’
With a smirk on his face, he responded: “He has all the good things and all the bad things all together in one. I’d say definitely more good than bad [though].
“He’s a great teammate to have. He’s always making jokes and always making people laugh and, you know, I feel like that’s really important on the team, and playing on the pitch, you know, he’s going to give everything he’s got; he’s so passionate and he runs so much as well.
“He’s an ideal teammate. It’s great to be playing with him – I love it.â€
Alioski has made 13 Championship appearances this season, scoring twice, and has undertaken a variety of roles within Marcelo Bielsa’s starting XI, ranging from left-back to central midfield and right wing.
