The Brazil international winger was bombed out of Old Trafford during the winter transfer window. He was considered to have no part to play in Ruben Amorim’s plans, having also struggled to find a spark under the Portuguese's Red Devils predecessor Erik ten Hag.

United did not see the best from Antony following his £85 million ($107m) transfer from Ajax. A change of scenery has, however, done him good. The 24-year-old has already recorded three goals for Betis, with two of those coming in La Liga.

He also has a couple of assists to his name in the Spanish top-flight. The most recent of those saw him race half the length of the pitch, shrugging off a few challenges in the process, before feeding the ball into the feet of Isco for the ex-Real Madrid star to prod home.
