Pogba has been linked with clubs around the world – from the Saudi Pro League to MLS – but may be heading back to his homeland. He has expressed a desire to find Champions League football again, and could get that at Stade Velodrome in 2025-26.

Greenwood would like to see a familiar face alongside him at Marseille, telling of links to his former Old Trafford team-mate: “He's a great man, professional, who has taken me under his wing. He's a top player. Any team in Europe would love to have him. If he came here it would be great.”
