Manchester United fans on Twitter are fuming at the latest reports surrounding the future of Alexis Sanchez, which suggest that the club have no plans to move him on despite his woeful form and destabilising effect on the wage structure.
It is believed that the Chilean international earns in excess of £400,000-a-week at Old Trafford, a sum that appears to have created issues within the camp and one that is making contract negotiations with David de Gea particularly difficult.

Sanchez, 30, has scored just five goals in 41 appearances since arriving from Arsenal in a swap deal with Henrikh Mkhitaryan, where injuries and an apparent lack of motivation have seen him branded as a flop.
However, despite these issues, the Red Devils are reportedly keen to see the former Udinese attacker rediscover his form, whilst they are also reluctant to move him on as a result of his huge commercial appeal.
Understandably, fans of the 20-time Premier League champions are annoyed at the situation, in which the club appear to be prioritising the player’s off-field market value rather than his form on the pitch…
